Board of Directors

Child Care of the Berkshires is governed by a Board of Directors, made up of several members representing the community, including parents of children using CCB’s services as well as former parents. Membership is recruited from all areas of Berkshire County in which we have programs operating. Board members are nominated to serve on the Board for a one-year term for current parents and three year terms for community members at large. The Board is responsible for overall governance of the agency, approving policies including the Personnel Policies, approving the budget, monitoring the income and expenses, long range planning, hiring and supervision of the Executive Director.
